This gorgeous barn conversion in Mydroilyn is ideal for couples, friends or families looking for a relaxing holiday with easy access to beautiful countryside and coastline. Mydroilyn is a small village less than 7 miles from Aberaeron and New Quay with picturesque harbours, Georgian architecture, colourful houses, shops, galleries, and eateries. Discover some of the area s history at the 18th century mansion at National Trust Llanerchaeron (5 miles) and enjoy a walk around the estate grounds. This stylish property, all on one level, has plenty of natural light and many thoughtful touches in the decor and furnishings that ensure a superior feel for your stay. Walk into the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner which has French doors opening to the patio to let the outside in on fine day. The lounge area has a contemporary feel and is a perfect space to unwind with leather sofas and sheepskins, a Smart TV, and a coal effect electric fire for cooler evenings. The kitchen has everything you need to rustle up some hearty meals and a kitchen island to sit together and plan your adventures. There are two spacious bedrooms with TVs. Choose from the king size with an en suite shower room or the super king size with an en suite Jack and Jill shower room. Walkers can pack a picnic and head to the coast at Penbryn Beach (13 miles), a secluded cove reached with a woodland walk, and giving access to scenic walks along the Wales Coast Path. If you are seeking tranquillity, then Bwich y Geuffordd Gardens (20 miles) is a must see attraction. The market town of Lampeter (11 miles) offers a range of museums, galleries, shops, and restaurants or hop aboard the Vale of Rheidol Railway (22 miles) for a journey through picturesque hillsides and woodland landscapes.

Lovely cottage in a quiet location. Near to the coast with lots to see and do. A soak in the hot tub in the evening is a nice way to finish off a day of walking or visiting local beaches.

Amazing accommodation, great location, within easy reach of New Quay, Aberaeron, Mwnt. The weather wasnt particularly on our side but the accommodation provided plenty of entertainment for our kids in the pool and hot tub. We loved it here and would thoroughly recommend. A very well equipped cottage with touches of luxury that made our stay very comfortable. We received a warm welcome and generous gift on arrival from the friendly owners who offered helpful tips on places to visit. The pool and table tennis provided lots of entertainment when we werent visiting the n earby beaches. Each evening we relaxed in the hot tub admiring the countryside views. It was so peaceful and the perfect place to unwind and relax.

Welsh Cob cottage was absolutely perfect, what a wonderful holiday we have had with our 14 year old , waking up each am to the sun in the garden with the pony and sheep on the other side of the fence, fantastic hot tub and wonderful ,up-to-date rooms with every bit of equipment you could need, a welcome pack ,flowers , some fizz, fluffy towels and bath robes, candles and room sprays not to mention the lovely big tvs for evening films, pool and owners so pleasant. Close to beaches 5 star !

Absolutely beautiful cottage, perfect for what we wanted, was so well equipped and such lovely friendly hosts. The only reason we knocked a star off for comfort was that we found the bed too hard and would recommend something more middle ground mattress wise ie not to soft and not to hard in the hope that this would keep most people happy. The pool was great but it would have been even better if it was heated, but we had been made aware it wasnt. The hot tub was fabulous especially at dusk.

Myself, my husband and 3 children (5 years and under) stayed here for a week at the beginning of August. It was perfect for what we needed- plenty of space and facilities. We were wowed when we walked in- the photos do not do it justice. Everything is of high quality and clean. The owners are lovely and were very welcoming. Thank you for the great extras you left in the cottage. The outdoor pool was perfect for the children to cool off as we were lucky with the hot weather. We would recommend.

Excellent property, owners very friendly and helpful. Location ideal for visiting attractions from Snowdonia to the Breacon Beacons but with the coast and beaches on the doorstep. . The bonus of the hot tub at the end of the day was very welcome. We have no hesitation in recommending this property for a luxury peaceful holiday and intend to visit a gain in the future

My son and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the accommodation, the setting, the added bonus of the swimming pool and private hot tub, the warm welcome and helpfulness of our hosts was second to none. Truly, a wonderful experience from arrival to going home. There is so much to do in the area if you want to get out and about but equally a haven fir qu iet reflection if that's what you need.

To start with the hosts was amazing, nothing was a hassle for them, we went with our young children and they could not wait to jump in the pool and the host said swim when you like no problem. As for the cottage it's modern, very clean, loads of space and had everything you could need. The hot tub was a favorite for me and the kids as well as the t ennis court. It's out the way but then not to far away from the sea side towns and villages. We would definitely recommend and will return ourselfs

Lovely cottage, very high spec, very comfortable, very peaceful location. Spent a week here with kids and managed to find something to do every day and came back to relax in comfort every evening. Pool isnt heated, so unless the weather is warm give it a miss. Tennis is a great touch. Cant fault it. Very highly recommended.

Real luxury and a treat to make you feel spoilt on holiday.
