The spacious property is close to the village of Bancyffordd, with a shop and pub just 2 miles away. You'll find more shops, eateries and a weekly market in bustling Llandysul, less than 4 miles distant. Peaceful country walks abound, with sea and sand further afield at Aberporth (14.5 miles) and New Quay (19 miles). This light and airy property is beautifully furnished in a contemporary style and bi fold doors in the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner fill the space with light. A large corner sofa and stylish wood burner provide cosy comfort, while a dining table and breakfast bar in the streamlined kitchen offer ample space for shared meals. There are two inviting bedrooms: a king size and a twin. A super bathroom with a roll top bath and walk in shower completes the layout. Outside, the patio has outdoor furniture, a BBQ and a hot tub, from where you can enjoy the view. Llandysul is set on the banks of the beautiful River Teifi and has an Outdoor Education Centre with qualified instructors in canoeing, kayaking and more. The town is also home to the Harp Centre of Wales, where you can see (by appointment) how these expertly hand crafted instruments are made. Historic Newcastle Emlyn (8 miles) has a weekly market, independent shops and riverside walks beside the ruined Norman castle. Take a trip on the narrow gauge Teifi Valley Railway (5 miles); the station also offers miniature train rides, a cafe and a museum housed in a Victorian signal box.
