Enjoy the sumptuous style and leisure facilities at this West Wales cottage. Sleeping four guests, this two bedroom, single storey barn sits in working farmland grounds, 0.5 miles from Mydroilyn, 6.5 miles New Quay and 7 miles from Aberaeron. With your own private hot tub and courtyard, you also have use of the shared, indoor swimming pool, which is not heated, tennis courts and table tennis area. Let yourselves in to find accommodation that has been finished with both comfort and style in mind. At the heart of the property is a generous, open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. Open the doors to the patio in here on fine days to bring in a breeze as you sink into the soft sofas or dine at the table. Catch up on your favourite boxsets on the Smart TV, read your books or play a game. Unpack any tasty Welsh provisions you have bought in the kitchen, which has been fitted out with everything you need to help you cater for your party. There is a shared utility room on site where you will find laundry facilities. As night falls, make your way into one of the two bedrooms, both of which have TVs. One is a king size and features an en suite shower room, while the other is a super king that can also be set up as a twin by prior agreement. There is also a family shower room at the barn. Bask in the sunshine on your private patio and take in the county views. Enjoy the hot tub or wander over to the shared facilities for some sporting exercise. Head into New Quay to browse in the shops, dine out and choose between the three lovely beaches that look out over Bae Ceredigion, also known as Cardigan Bay. Our host were very welcoming on our arrival, they showed us around the property and were very proud of it. The property was both spacious and immaculate with comfy beds, luxurious bedding, towels and bath robes. The kitchen was very well equipped and there was furniture to eat indoors or al fresco. We loved our stay at this cottage, it is set in beautiful peaceful surroundings (with the added interest of farm animals - a bonus with little ones). This is by far the most well equipped place we have stayed in, there was nothing at all that we needed, and there was a really generous welcome package. You have use of the tennis court, and the (unhe ated) pool in winter, and the separate utility room with freezer, washer, dryer and table tennis is a great added space! We definitely hope to return.

Chetwynd cottage is in a beautiful, peaceful location on the owners farm. The cottage is tastefully decorated to a high standard. It has comfy leather couches, super king size bed with quality bedding, fluffy towels and super shower. The kitchen has everything you need and more. Outside there is a wonderful private hot tub, a patio set with an umbr ella and the views from here are spectacular.
