Your holiday home sleeps seven guests, with an additional welcome for two canine chums, and is within a mile of a shop and a pub. The lively market town of Newcastle Emlyn, just 3 miles away, offers a range of eateries, independent shops with fresh local produce and scenic walks beside the lovely River Teifi. Glorious golden beaches are within easy reach, and you'll discover country walks galore from the doorstep. The light and spacious interior is charmingly furnished, with bright cushions, pictures and plants creating a homely feel. Enjoy country views from the first floor open plan lounge/kitchen/diner and relax on comfortable seating before the wood burner. The stylish kitchen has ample space for all around the dining table. Also on this floor is a cosy single bedroom. Downstairs are three further delightful bedrooms: two doubles, one with an en suite shower room, and a twin, along with a family bathroom. Outside, the pretty front garden houses a hot tub, outdoor seating and a BBQ, with a second patio to the rear. Climb aboard the Teifi Valley Railway (3.5 miles), a narrow gauge railway that chugs through unspoiled countryside you can explore its fascinating small museum in a Victorian signal box and children will love the adjoining miniature railway and crazy golf. Watch awe inspiring waterfalls cascade into the Teifi at Cenarth Falls (6 miles) and visit the National Trust's magnificent Cilgerran Castle (12.5 miles), perched above the spectacular Teifi Gorge. For days out at the seaside, head for family beaches at Aberporth (8.5 miles), and Poppit Sands (14 miles). While seasonal restrictions apply, both have large, dog friendly sections.
